We exist as a team, rather than as individual missionaries, so that we can utilize one another’s talents and encourage each other to use our spiritual gifts to achieve the common goal of establishing a strong, vibrant church in Vienna. Working as a team offers many advantages unavailable to individuals:

• Encouragement from someone experiencing similar changes, conditions, issues, and questions.

• Accountability to the goals and purposes of the mission.

• People with whom a person can build and develop evangelistic and ministerial ideas and programs.

• People with whom a person can trust and can confide.

• People who want to see you succeed in fulfilling your purpose to God.

• New Christians are in immediate contact with a group of Christians (the team) instead of just a single person or family.

• Working as part of a team is more productive than working alone.
